Overview

Become the backbone of a thriving real estate portfolio by taking full ownership of critical property management and hospitality operations. Working directly with the founder, you will manage diverse revenue streams ranging from traditional rent collections to modern guest reservations.



Job Highlights

Responsibilities

  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes across multiple property types
  • Handle rent collections, tenant billing, and payment processing
  • Execute month-end and month-opening procedures with precision
  • Reconcile books and maintain accurate financial records across all properties
  • Process hotel reservations and manage booking systems for hospitality operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and handle inquiries
  • Coordinate with property teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintain detailed records in Yardi Breeze and CloudBeds systems
  • Support business growth by identifying process improvements and efficiencies


Requirements

  • Proficiency in Yardi Breeze property management software (required)
  • Strong accounting and bookkeeping background with attention to detail
  • Experience in property management or real estate operations
  • Excellent communication skills for tenant and guest interactions
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Bonus if you have experience with CloudBeds hospitality management system (or willingness to learn)
  • Experience with month-end closing procedures is a plus



Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional pay rate is based on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
