Job Highlights

  • Paid Hours per Week: 20
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 1pm | Australian Eastern Time
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor
  • Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities:

  • Process lease renewals (approximately 4 hours per week)
  • Maintain and organize data within the Reapit PM CRM system
  • Reply to emails and escalate urgent matters for quick response times
  • Collect and manage rental references from current and former tenants
  • Upload contractor invoices to the CRM system
  • Check references on property applicants
  • Set up routine property inspections and manage scheduling
  • Handle tenant change processes and system updates
  • Upload rental properties to websites through Inspect Real Estate system integration
  • Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for each of the above processes


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Reapit PM property management software (or ability to learn quickly)
  • Experience with CRM systems and data management
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent written English communication skills
  • Experience in real estate or property management preferred
  • Ability to work independently and follow detailed processes
  • Mid-level experience with administrative tasks and systems

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
