Overview

This role supports a UK-based lettings team by managing rental applications, tenant communication, property viewings coordination, compliance scheduling, and CRM updates. The position is long-term, with direct integration into the team and opportunities for growth.


Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: USD 4.5

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 20 hours per week

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM UK Time (with daily 9:00 AM UK meetings)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note:

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an Independent Contractor, applicants must have their own computer and stable internet connection. Contractors handle their own taxes and benefits. The hourly rate is based on performance throughout the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Provide support for rental property viewings.
  • Process rental applications and assess tenant suitability.
  • Conduct tenant referencing and documentation checks.
  • Communicate with tenants and prospects by phone and email.
  • Create lease agreements and forward them for managerial review.
  • Update CRM systems regularly with tenant and property details.
  • Book compliance certificates (gas safety, inventory inspections, etc.).
  • Collect and record viewing feedback from prospective tenants.
  • Attend daily management team meetings at 9:00 AM UK time.


Scope

  • Work directly with a UK-based lettings and property management team.
  • Long-term dedicated role with room for professional growth.
  • Must be available to work within UK hours and attend required meetings.
  • Participate in daily operations, coordination, and planning sessions.


Requirements

  • Experience in real estate, lettings, or property management (international experience accepted).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for email and phone.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard administrative software.
  • Ability to maintain schedule aligned with UK business hours.
  • High attention to detail for compliance, referencing, and documentation tasks.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
