Job Description

We’re looking for a Project Manager (Healthcare Operations) to support our growing healthtech team and help streamline how projects move from discussion to delivery.

You’ll start by supporting meetings, documentation, and day-to-day coordination — and grow into full ownership of project timelines, deliverables, and team accountability. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, coachable, and excited to learn the tools and systems behind healthcare operations.

If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in structured yet fast-moving environments, you’ll fit right in.

Why You’ll Want to Join

  • You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th)
  • Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1)
  • Observance of Holidays (based on your location)
  • 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you feel most productive
  • Collaborate with a mission-driven team using AI to improve home-health operations
  • Opportunity to grow into a leadership role in project management

What You’ll Work On

Administrative & Meeting Support

  • Attend team meetings, take clear and concise notes, and circulate summaries with next steps
  • Maintain internal trackers and follow-up lists to ensure tasks don’t fall through the cracks
  • Assist with scheduling, inbox management, and documentation across tools
  • Learn and document internal systems and workflows

Team & Client Support

  • Manage and respond to simple team or client inquiries via email or chat
  • Build familiarity with the company’s healthcare systems and tools
  • Support onboarding and follow-up tasks for internal or client-facing projects
  • Help identify common challenges and improve communication flow

Project Management

  • Track deadlines, deliverables, and ownership across multiple teams
  • Use project management tools like Notion, Slack, and Linear to manage visibility and progress
  • Create and share weekly status updates, summaries, and reports
  • Assist leadership with planning, process improvement, and documentation

What You Bring

  • 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or executive support (preferably in SaaS or healthcare)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive — you know how to keep things moving
  • Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to dynamic priorities
  • Tech-savvy with experience using Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, or similar tools
  • Coachable, reliable, and committed to continuous improvement

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthtech, SaaS, or startup environments
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, dashboards, or project reporting
  • Previous exposure to AI tools or healthcare workflow software
  • Ability to summarize discussions into clear, structured updates

How to Apply

Please include:

  1. Your updated resume
  2. A short 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and describing how you stay organized across multiple projects

Only complete applications with both a resume and Loom video will be reviewed.

If you’re a strong communicator who enjoys turning ideas into action, this is an opportunity to grow with a team shaping the future of AI-driven healthcare operations.
