The Project Manager/Scrum Master position is an integral role within our dynamic organization, responsible for leading cross-functional teams on various projects. This is an onsite role, requiring a proactive and enthusiastic individual who excels in leading Agile projects and managing stakeholder expectations. You will be at the forefront of planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within scope. As a Scrum Master, your primary focus will be on implementing Agile methodologies, facilitating team meetings, and removing any impediments or blockers that might hinder project progress. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and a track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure successful project delivery.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with product owners to ensure project scope and goals align with business objectives.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for project success.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Remove any obstacles or impediments that may impact the team's progress and productivity.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting as needed to ensure alignment with timelines.
• Advocate and promote Agile best practices and methods across teams and departments.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high performance within the team.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders, team members, and leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities dynamically.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget constraints.
