About the Client:

Our client is a high-performing, referral-driven brand-building agency specializing in developing, launching, and scaling ecommerce brands, primarily on Amazon. With a track record of delivering premium, end-to-end brand builds valued between $25,000–$50,000 per client, and a portfolio of 25+ active clients, we operate with a commitment to excellence, high-touch client communication, and long-term results. As the founder’s capacity continues to grow and demand increases, we are seeking a highly organized, proactive Operations & Project Manager to take over daily workflow management, project coordination, client organization, and internal team alignment. This hire is strategic and essential to the company’s scalability.

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant / Project Manager to work closely alongside him. This role is for someone who can remove day-to-day operational load, manage communication across clients, suppliers, and internal teams, and execute research-driven tasks that support product development, Amazon listings, and brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Client Management (Primary Focus)

• Manage daily follow-ups with clients, suppliers, and internal design/manufacturing teams.
• Track deadlines, deliverables, and project status for multiple brands simultaneously.
• Maintain organized communication and ensure smooth handoff between research → design → final creative.
• Support the Founder directly by keeping tasks on schedule and ensuring projects stay on track.

Product Research & Market Analysis

• Conduct Amazon-focused research using Helium 10 and other tools.
• Analyze competitors, customer pain points, keywords, reviews, and market trends.
• Extract actionable insights to influence product packaging, Amazon images, EBC, and website copy.

Product Design Brief Creation

• Turn research findings into clear, structured design briefs for designers.
• Identify the key ingredient callouts, benefits, trust vectors, and marketing angles.
• Replicate briefs across packaging, Amazon images, PDP layouts, and website sections.

Brand Development & Creative Support

• Assist in shaping brand identity, messaging, and product positioning.
• Collaborate with the Founder to refine project flow and creative concepts.
• Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.

Performance Copywriting

• Draft short-form marketing copy for packaging, Amazon images, bullets, A+ content, and websites.
• Use AI tools to accelerate first drafts and improve clarity, speed, and performance.
• Understand conversion-focused messaging frameworks.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Highly organized, reliable, and proactive in communication.
• Experience in the e-commerce / Amazon private-label space.
• Strong research skills and familiarity with Helium 10 or similar tools.
• Comfortable turning research into structured creative briefs.
• Basic to intermediate performance copywriting ability.
• Thrives working directly with a founder in a fast-paced creative environment.
• Able to manage multiple projects and push things forward without being micromanaged.
