Position: Project Manager
Work Hours: Between 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Pay Range: 1,000-2,000/mo (Final offer depends on client approval and candidates skills and experience)
Work Location: REMOTE
Work Set Up: Part-Time role with a possibility of transitioning to Full-Time
Role Overview
The Project Manager will serve as the primary client liaison and own the full project lifecycle—from initial client engagement through delivery and billing completion.
This role manages client relationships and expectations while coordinating internal marketing, design, and software teams to ensure seamless project execution. The PM is responsible for ensuring that client projects move efficiently from concept to completion, maintaining quality, timelines, and client satisfaction throughout.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Project Lifecycle Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client projects throughout the entire lifecycle
  • Manage client intake, requirements gathering, and expectation setting
  • Translate client needs into actionable project plans and coordinate internal teams
  • Maintain regular client communication, providing updates and managing feedback
  • Ensure client deliverables meet quality standards and expectations
  • Oversee project billing and invoicing to completion, ensuring accurate client accounting
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships that support retention and growth

Cross-Department Coordination

  • Coordinate between marketing, design, and software teams to deliver on client commitments
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, milestones, and documentation
  • Facilitate internal check-ins and progress tracking aligned to client deadlines
  • Manage resource allocation and task assignments across workstreams
  • Identify risks early and provide solutions to protect client timelines
  • Bridge communication between departments to ensure unified client delivery

Workflow & Process Optimisation

  • Build and refine internal workflows to improve cross-department efficiency
  • Support agile or hybrid project management practices (e.g., sprint planning, task prioritization, retrospectives)
  • Implement documentation standards and ensure transparency in project tracking
  • Streamline communication between design, development, and marketing teams to avoid silos
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management tools and processes


Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years managing client-facing projects in software, creative, or digital industries
  • Proven track record of client relationship management and stakeholder communication
  • Strong ability to coordinate between technical and creative teams (software, marketing,
  • design)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Jira)
  • Experience managing timelines, deliverables, and project documentation
  • Experience managing client billing cycles and project financials

Preferred:

  • Experience managing diverse client portfolios or agency-style client work
  • Experience aligning marketing operations and software delivery workflows
  • Familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience working with distributed or offshore teams
  • Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM)
