Project Coordinator Software Development

We are seeking an experienced, technically strong Project Coordinator to lead and manage our software development projects remotely. This role requires someone who can balance hands-on team management with the technical depth to jump into development work when project timelines demand it. You will split your time between coordinating a cross-functional team of front-end and back-end developers (approximately 70%) and contributing directly to development to help close schedule gaps when needed (approximately 30%).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of software projects, from planning through deployment
• Lead and coordinate a team of front-end and back-end developers, assigning and prioritizing work
• Prepare project plans, schedules, and work breakdowns for the development team
• Track progress, follow up on outstanding tasks, and proactively resolve blockers
• Conduct code/process audits and quality reviews to ensure deliverables meet standards
• Facilitate stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and status reporting to stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate project risks, scope changes, and timeline slippage
• Liaise between technical team and business stakeholders
