About The Opportunity
As a Community & Advocacy Program Coordinator, you will support the execution of customer engagement and advocacy initiatives within the Dayforce Community. You’ll assist in coordinating program activities, maintaining systems, and helping to deliver a high-value customer experience. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to help implement programs that strengthen customer connections, support engagement goals, and advance the broader community vision.
What You’ll Get To Do
Community & Advocacy Support
- Coordinate logistics and communications for Community & Advocacy Programs, including Dayforce Advocates.
- Help maintain advocacy dashboards in platforms like Salesforce and Reference Edge to support tracking and reporting.
- Assist with curating and publishing content (events, news, etc.) on the Dayforce Community.
- Submit and track internal enhancement requests to improve advocacy workflows.
- Support execution of reward and recognition initiatives to appreciate advocate contributions.
- Help prepare materials and reports that demonstrate the value of community programs to customers.
User Group Program Coordination
- Assist with planning and logistics for Dayforce User Group meetings, both virtual and in-person.
- Monitor and support Online Community Group discussions to encourage customer engagement.
- Coordinate event promotion, attendee tracking, and follow-up communications.
- Support internal teams in delivering exclusive customer content for user group programs.
- Gather and summarize feedback from participants to improve future engagement efforts.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to support community and advocacy program alignment.
- Assist with gathering and organizing data to measure program performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Help document repeatable processes and maintain team resources to ensure consistency and scalability.
Customer Advocacy Administration
- Schedule and coordinate reference call logistics for customer advocates.
- Help maintain accurate data in reference tools and tracking systems.
- Provide administrative support for managing the customer reference workspace.
- Assist internal teams in accessing advocacy materials and reporting.
Skills And Experience We Value
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in customer engagement, marketing coordination, or program support.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable using Excel and project management or CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn and collaborate across departments.
