Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive quality inspections on all stages of the production line.
• Establish and implement quality standards, procedures, and testing methodologies.
• Identify, document, and manage non-conformance issues in the production process.
• Collaborate with production managers to resolve quality-related issues efficiently.
• Analyze data collected from quality tests and recommend actionable improvements.
• Develop detailed reports outlining quality control findings and improvement plans.
• Train production staff on quality standards and corrective action procedures.
• Assist in the development of quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality standards.
• Utilize quality management software to monitor and report on quality issues.
• Participate in supplier quality audits and provide feedback to improve supplier processes.
• Implement lean manufacturing concepts to reduce waste and increase production efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a quality engineering role in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and quality control processes.
• Proficiency in using quality assurance and statistical analysis software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification such as Six Sigma, CQE, or similar is preferred but not required.
