As a Production Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our production processes are efficient and meet the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to implement and maintain quality management systems. Your mission is to identify and troubleshoot any quality issues that arise during production and develop solutions to prevent future occurrences. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control processes to enhance production quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry-specific quality regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve production and design-related quality issues.
• Monitor production processes and provide suggestions for improvement in efficiency and quality.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and areas needing improvement.

• Train production and quality staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Maintain and update quality documentation, including quality manuals, process documents, and inspection records.

• Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in production quality engineering.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a production quality engineering role.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in using quality management software and analytical tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with different teams.
