Role Overview

As a Production Artist, you will be the creative engine that brings our clients visions to life on our apparel. You will be responsible for creating high-quality, production-ready artwork for athletic uniforms and gear. This role requires a strong blend of technical skill in graphic design software and a keen eye for detail to ensure every design is accurate, clean, and ready for production within a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our sales team and fellow artists to deliver exceptional results that uphold the SCORE® standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and prepare high-quality digital mockups and production-ready artwork based on client and sales team requests.
• Vectorize, clean, and refine logos and graphics to meet precise production standards.
• Execute color separations for screen printing and other production processes.
• Ensure all artwork is completed accurately and delivered within a 24-hour turnaround time.
• Manage a high volume of design tasks, completing a set number of deliverables per day.
• Communicate effectively with the sales team to clarify design requirements and ensure proofs meet their needs.
• Collaborate with fellow artists and other departments to ensure a smooth workflow from design to final product.

Qualifications & Skills

• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design and production art skills is required for consideration.
• 2-4 years of professional experience as a Production Artist, Graphic Designer, or a similar role.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Proven experience in vectorizing, creating production artwork, and color separation.
• Strong knowledge of typography and font handling for design.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under tight deadlines.

• This is a full-time, work-from-home position.

• Work hours are Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST.
