About This Opportunity

Were looking for a results-driven Growth Lead to take full ownership of PMF for a live mobile product with a real and growing user base. This is a contract engagement — collaborative, fast-moving, and designed for someone who thrives in a remote-first environment with clear ownership and short feedback loops.

Youll build the measurement framework, run the experiments, and push iterations through to completion, end to end. Strong performers are regularly considered for extended engagements as the product scales.

 What Youll Own

The full PMF metrics framework — define whats being measured, why it matters, and how it moves: paid conversion rate, retention and engagement depth, time-to-value, and referral rate

Landing page strategy — build, launch, and iterate continuously. Every version is a test, not a final answer

Experiment velocity — apply AI tools and modern workflows to accelerate learning cycles and compress time-to-insight

Cross-functional execution — work directly with the product and dev team to ensure validated ideas get built and shipped

Learning loops — capture what works, cut what doesnt, and maintain a tight feedback rhythm across all experiments

What Were Looking For

• Proven track record driving growth or PMF outcomes on a live product — ownership experience, not execution support
• Ability to build a measurement framework from scratch and identify which metrics actually indicate traction
• Comfortable independently building and iterating on landing pages without a full team around you
• Proficient with AI tools and knows how to use them to move faster and do more with a lean setup
• Fluent in Figma
• Excellent English communication — written and verbal, for async updates and cross-team reporting
• Experience with fitness, health, or habit-forming apps
• Familiarity with PostHog, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
• Background in mobile or SaaS product growth
• Experience in early-stage or zero-to-one product environments

 Engagement Details

Rate: Competitive rate based on experience. Contract engagement, hourly, tracked through our standard time-tracking process with payments on a regular cycle.

Fully remote — work from wherever youre most productive

Timezone: Availability overlap between 2000 hrs PKT till 0300 hrs PKT required — non-negotiable
