Job Description
- Develop and implement product marketing strategies for the FMCG industry.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including planning, development, and execution.
- Manage flavor development, packaging design, and pricing to ensure competitive positioning and profitability.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize product performance.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Oversee product lifecycle performance, driving continuous improvement and market relevance.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between marketing, production, and sales to align products with brand and business objectives.
- Ensure all products meet consumer needs while supporting overall growth and profitability targets.
A Successful Product Manager Should Have
- A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience in product management within the FMCG industry (Desserts).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
- Knowledge of market research and consumer behavior analysis.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Competitive salary package ranging from PHP 2340000 to PHP 2860000 annually.
