Responsibilities

• Work closely with design and engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable tasks
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the sales tech landscape
• Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback and business goals
• Oversee product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond
• Create and maintain documentation, including product requirements and use cases
• Analyze product performance metrics and iterate on product features based on data insights
• Coordinate product launches and collaborate with marketing for effective go-to-market strategies
• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders regarding product updates and performance
• Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product goals
• Support sales teams with training and resources to maximize product adoption

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in product management, preferably in the tech or software industry
• Experience working with design and software engineering teams
• Strong understanding of sales processes and the needs of sales professionals
• Ability to develop and communicate a clear product vision
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience with product management tools and methodologies
