The Role

We’re seeking a Product Coordinator. This role is designed for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professional who can thrive in a dynamic environment.

You’ll play a key role in rapidly creating and managing unique live entertainment packages (sports, concert, and theater) on the company’s core websites and other collaborating sales channels. This position will also be responsible for the swift editing, updating, and placement of all content to ensure the best overall user experience.

Location: Must be the Philippines – Remote.

Environment: Philippine and International Teams.

Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).

Timezone: Monday to Friday – 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM - EST

Contract: Non-fixed Term Philippine Contract.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in product coordination, event ticketing, product management, or a related role.
  • Skills:
  • Ability to read and interpret zones and seating maps for large venues such as arenas, theaters, amphitheaters, and stadiums.
  • Possess strong time management skills.
  • Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Strong organization, oral and written communication skills.
  • Characteristics:
  • Demonstrate longevity in positions, be a self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrate a keen attention to detail and flexibility to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage VIP package offers, utilizing multiple platforms including Point of Sale and proprietary software to rapidly create, publish, and manage VIP package offers, ensuring products are brought to market swiftly and efficiently.
  • Assist the VIP Product team with administrative duties to expand reach and boost production, prioritizing speed, and accuracy.
  • Adhere to product management best practices as outlined by the VIP Product Manager, including swift and regular content maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure timely and accurate updates.
  • Collaborate with the VIP Product team to effectively manage workflow, prioritize tasks, maximize output, and increase revenue with a sense of urgency.
  • Maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet departmental goals, strategies, and objectives, emphasizing speed and precision.
  • Stay vigilant to industry trends and technological changes, reacting quickly to both positive and negative developments to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring that any anomalies are addressed quickly to maintain the highest standards of product delivery.
  • Assist with other duties as directed by the VIP Product Manager, with a focus on rapid execution and continuous improvement.
