As we continue to lead in technological advancements, Vault is now entering a defining phase of growth with a strategic $22.5 million investment from the National Reconstruction Fund Corporation (NRFC). This investment will scale Vault’s capabilities and introduce new services, directly addressing Australia’s strategic national security demands. Vault is now positioned to not only strengthen its existing relationships with federal and state government agencies, but also strengthen its relationships with private sector businesses requiring secure cloud storage.To support this growth, we are bolstering our capability by adding numerous key roles that are integral to our future success. We are expanding our Corporate team and are looking for a skilled Procurement Manager based in the Philippines. This strategic role will take full ownership of our end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities, with a particular focus on ensuring we strategically source critical, cutting-edge hardware, software, and services for our sovereign cloud infrastructure—on time, at the right cost, and always with security and excellence.

This role is completely remote, offering you the flexibility to work from home. You’ll work closely with our leadership team in Australia, including our CFO, CIO and CISO. What you will do:

• Lead Strategic Procurement: Oversee the full administration and execution of all procurement activities, focusing on cloud infrastructure components, software licensing, and specialized IT services.
• Drive Global Vendor Partnerships: Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with global technology and other key vendors to secure competitive pricing, ensure superior quality, and drive compliance in a high-security environment.
• Optimize Supply Chain Efficiency: Investigate opportunities for significant cost savings, efficiency improvements, and process upgrades within the supply chain, and drive their implementation.
• Champion Security & Compliance: Ensure every procurement activity follows stringent corporate and security policies and procedures.

Who/what we are looking for:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, or Business.
• 10+ years of procurement experience (specifically in cloud infrastructure, software licensing, hardware, or IT services).
• Strong knowledge of supply chain frameworks, compliance, and documentation.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where autonomy and proactivity are valued.
• Exposure to supply chain software tools — extra edge if you’ve explored AI-driven solutions.
