Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to support our clients purchasing and vendor coordination processes. This role focuses on execution, tracking, and follow-ups to ensure smooth procurement workflows and timely delivery of goods.

The ideal candidate is proactive, process-driven, and comfortable managing multiple vendors, trackers, and timelines without requiring strategic decision-making responsibilities.


Job Highlights:

  • Hourly Rate: USD 5.19, the equivalent in your local currency
  • Paid Hours per Week: 40
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Place purchase orders (POs) with vendors as directed
  • Track lead times and delivery schedules
  • Follow up with vendors regarding order status, delays, or changes
  • Update procurement details in Studio Designer
  • Maintain and update the procurement tracker
  • Flag issues, delays, or discrepancies for review (no strategic resolution required)
  • Ensure all procurement data is accurate and up to date
  • Support day-to-day procurement operations


Required Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with Studio Designer or similar systems (preferred)
  • Experience working with spreadsheets, trackers, or inventory tools
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
  • Clear written communication for vendor follow-ups
  • Strong organizational and tracking skills
  • Comfortable working independently
