Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and client-focused professional to drive private session bookings and maintain strong client relationships. This role combines sales, customer service, and administrative support to maximize client retention and studio revenue.


Job Highlights

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday 9 am–6 pm (Malaysia/Singapore time) with one hour unpaid break

Responsibilities:

  • Convert inbound leads from WhatsApp and Google Forms into confirmed private session bookings
  • Proactively reach out to prospective clients to understand goals, preferences, and training needs, and match them with appropriate instructors
  • Manage session bookings and maintain accurate client records
  • Conduct post-session follow-ups to gather feedback and encourage rebooking
  • Monitor client package balances and proactively drive top-ups and repurchases
  • Re-engage clients with expired packages to encourage renewals
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with private clients to maximise retention and lifetime value


General Client Service & Enquiries:

  • Handle general customer enquiries via WhatsApp and email (e.g., packages, bookings, studio information)
  • Provide clear, accurate information on class types, instructors, packages, and studio policies
  • Support resolution of client issues in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner


Administrative & Coordination Support:

  • Process administrative requests such as package extensions, booking adjustments, and account updates in line with studio policies
  • Send class and session reminders to clients to ensure attendance and reduce no-shows
  • Maintain accurate records across CRM and booking systems
  • Support ad-hoc administrative tasks related to sales, scheduling, and client servicing as required


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wellness or lifestyle industry
  • Proven experience in customer service roles
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using WhatsApp and Google Forms for lead management
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and appointment scheduling software
  • Understanding of yoga and pilates principles and benefits


Performance & Targets:

  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for private sessions booked and retained
  • Contribute to overall studio revenue through proactive client engagement and follow-ups


Side note:

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional pay rate is based on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
