About Our Client

It provides auditing, revenue tracking, black‑market mitigation, and compliance reporting tools to support safer and more transparent gaming ecosystems worldwide.

Job Description

Lead the design and development of backend Python services, APIs, and system integrations
Architect foundational platform components and frameworks to support long‑term scalability and reliability
Collaborate across teams to define technical roadmaps, engineering standards, and development workflows
Build end‑to‑end solutions where needed, including light full‑stack contributions using React
Mentor and support other engineers through code reviews, architectural guidance, and technical leadership.
Own the "plumbing" of data movement-designing efficient ways to extract, process, and deliver data across systems (not Data Science or ML‑heavy work)
Ensure high standards of code quality, infrastructure stability, and engineering excellence

The Successful Applicant

Expert‑level Python backend engineering experience
Proven ability to architect and build large‑scale platforms or core system components
Full‑stack capability with React when needed
Strong engineering craftsmanship: testing, patterns, design principles, scalability considerations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Operates as a builder, not just a feature contributor-able to see and design the bigger system architecture
Demonstrates strong ownership, autonomy, and the ability to make high‑impact technical decisions
Influences engineering strategy, not just implementation
Acts as a multiplier, elevating the performance of the entire team
