Role Summary

As the Power Automate & RPA Solutions Engineer, you’ll lead the development of automated workflows and end-to-end process improvements across diverse business functions.

You’ll analyze business requirements, design robust automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, and ensure seamless integration across tools, APIs, and data systems. This role combines technical development, process design, and collaboration, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Automation Development: Design, build, and deploy Power Automate Desktop and Cloud flows to automate and optimize business processes.
• Integration & Connectivity: Develop integrations between Microsoft Power Platform, REST APIs, databases, and SaaS applications.
• Process Design: Translate business workflows into efficient automation logic following best practices in RPA and low-code development.
• Documentation: Create and maintain clear documentation for workflows, technical designs, and process specifications.
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Monitor, maintain, and enhance automations for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaboration: Partner with business analysts, product managers, and global technical teams to deliver automation projects aligned with client goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Explore opportunities to integrate AI, LLMs, and emerging automation technologies to enhance delivery.
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Power Automate or other RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Solid understanding of Power Automate Desktop flows, Cloud flows, and PowerApps.
• Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data services.
• Practical knowledge of process mapping, RPA lifecycle management, and automation best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven success working in remote teams delivering client-facing automation projects.
• Highly proficient in written and spoken English for documentation and client communication.
  
  

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Power Automate, or related fields.
• Experience developing custom connectors and integrating with tools like n8n, Airtable, or other low-code/no-code platforms.
• Familiarity with Azure Functions, Power BI, Power Apps, and scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, PowerShell).
• Understanding of data security, authentication, and governance in Microsoft 365 environments.
• Prior experience supporting US-based clients in consulting, BPO, or SaaS settings.
