Marketing Associate for SMS Compliance (PH)
We’re looking for an A2P & Email Deliverability Operations Specialist to help build and scale the core communication infrastructure that powers Moxie’s provider network.
This role combines strong operational discipline with a technical mindset. You’ll own the systems that ensure providers can reliably reach their patients—from A2P SMS registration and Twilio verification to Mailgun setup and email deliverability.
You won’t just follow a process—youll help build and improve it. From fixing DNS issues to creating trackers and exploring automation, your work will directly impact how quickly providers launch and how effectively they communicate.
This is a great role for someone who loves structured systems, catching details others miss, and making workflows run smoothly at scale.
What You’ll Do
- Own A2P registration end-to-end: Manage the full 10DLC/A2P process for all providers — from submission to approval — ensuring fast turnaround times and high-quality applications.
- Manage CNAM and SHAKEN/STIR registrations: Ensure accurate caller ID display and improved call deliverability by managing CNAM and SHAKEN/STIR setup within Twilio for all client accounts.
- Manage email setup and deliverability: Set up and maintain Mailgun accounts, configure DNS (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and ensure domains are properly authenticated and ready to send.
- Drive domain warming processes: Manage email warming (e.g., via Warmy) so providers launch with strong sender reputations and avoid deliverability issues.
- Reduce provider launch friction: Identify and fix bottlenecks that delay SMS or email readiness, helping providers go live faster.
- Build visibility into systems: Create and maintain trackers or dashboards that show real-time status of A2P registrations, email setup, and domain health.
- Systematize and improve workflows: Turn repeatable processes into clear SOPs and continuously improve them—including exploring automation and AI tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with Provider Success and Marketing to ensure communication setup is fully integrated into onboarding and campaign launches.
- Become the go-to expert: Act as the internal resource for A2P and email deliverability — troubleshooting issues, spotting patterns, and improving outcomes over time.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong attention to detail: experience working with systems where accuracy is important, like DNS, configurations, or technical setups.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Twilio, Mailgun, or similar SMS/email platforms.
- Experience or strong interest in marketing operations, email systems, or technical workflows.
- Bonus if you’ve worked with DNS configuration (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) or domain/email deliverability.
- Bonus if you’ve built workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar.
- Problem-solving mindset — you can troubleshoot issues and figure things out independently.
- High ownership — you proactively identify gaps and follow through without being told.
- Clear communicator, especially in async/remote environments.
Why join us?
At Moxie, communication infrastructure isn’t just backend work — it’s a critical part of how our providers grow.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own systems that directly impact revenue.
If providers can’t send messages, they can’t grow. Your work makes that possible.
- Build real, in-demand technical skills Get hands-on experience with Twilio, Mailgun, and email infrastructure used by companies globally.
- Work on problems that scale
You’ll build processes and systems that support hundreds of providers—not just one-off tasks.
- Become a specialist in a valuable niche A2P registration and deliverability are complex and underdeveloped—youll become an expert fast.
- Help shape how this function evolves This is a new role, which means real ownership and the chance to define how things are done.
If you’re someone who enjoys making systems work, solving technical problems, and building processes that actually scale, this role was designed for you.
At Moxie, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, trusted, and included. Our team lives by our values:
act as owners, give more than we take, move with speed and care, and simplify and learn every day.
We welcome people of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to apply. If you require any accommodations to fully participate in the interview process, please let us know, we’re happy to assist.
