Role Overview
The People & Culture Manager is responsible for managing various human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and compensations. This role serves as a key support to both employees and management, ensuring People policies and procedures are effectively implemented and adhered to. The People & Culture Manager plays a critical role in fostering a positive and productive workplace
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Screen and interview candidates, coordinating with hiring managers to ensure alignment with organizational needs.
Manage the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are equipped with the tools and resources necessary for success.
Employee Relations
Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and resolution.
Promote a positive workplace culture by facilitating open communication and addressing conflicts professionally.
Implement employee engagement initiatives.
Performance Management
Organize and Align employee KPIs to ensure work standard is elevated
Creating a system that protects company culture
People Policy And Compliance
Ensure company policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
Assist with audits and reporting related to HR metrics and compliance.
Compensation And Benefits
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment and addressing employee inquiries.
Conduct periodic reviews of compensation structures to ensure competitiveness.
Provide support during open enrollment and assist with benefits education.
Organize company town halls & travel incentives
Payroll administration
People Administration
Maintain HR systems and databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Generate reports and provide insights based on HR metrics and analytics.
Support special projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (Masters degree or HR certifications are an advantage).
35 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong background in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and engagement initiatives.
Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and documentation requirements.
Experience in compensation and benefits administration, including payroll processing, is highly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and resolve concerns professionally.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, Google Workspace, and other HR tools or platforms.
Demonstrated ability to protect and strengthen company culture, especially in a growing organization.
Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a solutions-focused mindset.
Ability to work in a remote environment and attend in-person events or meetings when required.
