Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Officer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong numerical skills, and can manage end-to-end payroll processes with accuracy and efficiency.

Job Highlights

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Freeport, The Bahamas Time)

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Responsibilities

• Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time
• Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
• Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies
• Generate payroll reports and support audits as needed
• Ensure data integrity within payroll systems
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth payroll operations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience processing end-to-end payroll
• Proven experience using Microsoft GP Dynamics 365 Payroll Software
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Highly computer-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
