Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will provide end‑to‑end paraplanning support for Australian advisers, including:

• Maintaining financial planning software based on client instructions and supporting documentation
• Conducting product research and financial modelling and working closely with financial advisers to develop strategies and advice.
• Preparing compliant Statements of Advice (SoAs), Records of Advice (RoAs) and supporting documentation in line with Australian regulatory requirements
• Liaising with advisers to ensure outputs meet service, quality, and compliance standards

If you’re detail-driven, tech-savvy, and love solving problems, this role is for you!

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 2 year experience in preparing Statements of Advice (SoAs) for the Australian financial planning industry.
• Thorough understanding of the compliance requirements, and financial products in the Australian financial planning industry.
• Experience using Xplan (WealthSolver, Risk Researcher, and Xtools+) – mandatory
• Experience using other financial planning software such as Plutosoft, Midwinter, Adviserlogic, or Intelliflo (highly regarded)
• Possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Copilot
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• A positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively within a team

Work Location

This role requires onsite work in Ortigas, Pasig City during probation, transitioning to a hybrid setup thereafter. Applicants must be willing to work onsite as required.
