Job Overview

Our client is looking for a dedicated professional to own the complete digital marketing strategy for a growing wellness business. You will build systems from the ground up that generate consistent, qualified leads. This role offers the autonomy to shape marketing operations, implement cutting-edge AI tools, and potentially earn revenue share as channels mature. You will work directly with the founder to scale lead generation from zero to 20-40 discovery sessions per month while building sustainable, automated systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage high-converting paid advertising campaigns across Instagram and Facebook
• Set up and optimize Go High Level CRM with automated lead nurturing workflows
• Create compelling landing pages designed for maximum conversion rates
• Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to optimize performance
• Provide detailed reporting on campaign metrics, including cost per lead, booking rates, and ROI
• Handle customer service inquiries and lead qualification through CRM systems
• Engage with online communities and influencers to build brand awareness
• Leverage AI tools for content creation, automation, and campaign optimization
• Scale marketing efforts across multiple business verticals as opportunities arise
• Eventually expand into administrative support functions as the role grows

Requirements

• Proven experience managing paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook/Instagram ads) with portfolio samples
• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Go High Level or similar platforms
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and report on key marketing metrics
• Experience creating high-converting landing pages and lead magnets
• Self-directed work style with the ability to operate independently and take initiative
• Proficiency with AI marketing tools and automation platforms

Qualifications

• Experience in wellness, fitness, or health-related industries is a plus
• Comfortable with both organic and paid social media strategies
