Position Summary

The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across search,social, and programmatic platforms. Reporting to the Paid Media Manager, this role focuses on implementing Rocket Clicks’ playbooks, monitoring campaign performance, and supporting strategic decision-making for Family Law Firm clients.

As a hands-on contributor, you’ll manage paid media accounts within Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. You’ll be responsible for ensuring campaigns are built correctly, tracking is functioning accurately, and performance aligns with established KPIs. You’ll collaborate closely with your Paid Media Manager to deliver exceptional results and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Objectives

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization
    • Execute Rocket Clicks’ industry-specific playbooks and First Principles methodology.
    • Build, launch, and manage campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic ad platforms.
    • Proactively optimize campaign performance through data analysis, bid adjustments, audience segmentation, and creative testing.
    • Ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and delivery settings.
    • Maintain proper pacing against budgets and planned media mix.
    • Partner with design and editing teams to deliver high-performing ad creative.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting
    • Monitor daily and weekly performance, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
    • Audit accounts regularly to ensure alignment with best practices and strategic goals.
    • Assist in the implementation and troubleshooting of conversion tracking for campaigns.
  • Collaboration & Client Support
    • Participate in team brainstorming sessions to test new ideas.
    • Work directly with your Paid Media Manager to translate client goals into actionable campaign tasks and ensure all work aligns with the overall strategy.
    • Actively participate in sprint planning, take ownership of your tasks, and consistently provide clear updates to your team on progress and blockers.
    • Collaborate with the SEO and Project Management teams to ensure paid media initiatives are integrated with broader marketing efforts and that client goals are met seamlessly.
    • Document client-specific learnings, experiments, and playbook updates.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Execute effectively against a clear roadmap of tasks spanning at least two weeks in advance.
    • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
    • Contribute to team documentation and process refinement.
    • Ensure work meets quality standards, deadlines, and budget expectations.
Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • Campaign ROI / ROAS: Consistently achieves or exceeds performance benchmarks, contributing to a portfolio average of 95% or higher goal attainment.
  • Budget Adherence: Campaigns stay on target and maintain pacing accuracy.
  • Data Accuracy: Tracking, tagging, and reporting remain reliable and any discrepancies are resolved within 24 hours.
  • Task Completion: Work is delivered on time within the sprint framework maintaining a 95% or higher sprint completion rate.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in digital marketing.

Experience

  • Demonstrated success optimizing campaigns to achieve or exceed key performance metrics such as CPL, ROAS, or cost-per-lead efficiency.
  • Proven ability to manage $20,000+ in monthly ad spend across multiple clients or brands, ensuring strong pacing, targeting accuracy, and budget utilization.
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining campaigns within:
    • Paid Search: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads
    • Paid Social: Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads (or similar platforms)
    • Programmatic: StackAdapt, Simpli.fi, The Trade Desk
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking and analytics, including setup, QA, and troubleshooting via tools such as Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Experience interpreting data and creating actionable performance reports using tools such as Looker Studio or platform dashboards.
  • Prior agency or client-facing experience preferred — especially within performance-driven or lead generation industries.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, creative experimentation, and campaign iteration based on data-driven insights.
  • Exposure to automation tools, scripts, or AI-driven optimization is a plus.

The Pay Range For This Role Is

90,000 - 130,000 PHP per month(Remote (Philippines))
