Job Role Summary/Overview

Join a dynamic recruitment business specializing in human-centered design, connecting top UX/UI talent with leading companies across Australia. The founder also operates the country’s largest design conference, demonstrating deep industry expertise and network. You’ll be the operational backbone for a successful entrepreneur who’s ready to scale beyond the day-to-day administrative tasks that are currently limiting growth potential. This role offers the perfect blend of administrative excellence and marketing support, working directly with the founder to streamline operations and free up time for high-value client acquisition and delivery activities.



Job Highlights

  • Hourly Rate: Approximately PHP 470
  • Paid Hours per Week: 20
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM | Melbourne, AU time
  • Work Arrangement: Work from home
  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.


Responsibilities

  • Manage daily email correspondence, screening and responding to routine inquiries and meeting requests with professional efficiency
  • Handle comprehensive calendar management and diary coordination to optimize scheduling and eliminate conflicts
  • Execute targeted LinkedIn Sales Navigator campaigns to identify and engage potential clients in the design industry
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using HubSpot with existing contact database to nurture leads
  • Create and schedule social media posts to maintain consistent online presence and thought leadership
  • Support broader administrative projects and strategic initiatives as business needs evolve
  • Maintain organized workflows and comprehensive documentation for all assigned tasks
  • Provide autonomous support during founder’s travel periods and business trips

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years of virtual assistant or administrative support experience with demonstrated autonomy
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot for CRM management and email marketing campaigns
  • Bonus if you have experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation
  • It helps if you’re comfortable working Australian business hours and understand local business culture
