Outbound Sales Representative - 3 Month Contract AU Fitness WFH

Contract Duration: 3 Months (possible extension depending on the business needs and performance)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (06:00 AM to 03:00 PM PHT)

Role Overview

The Sales Consultant, Outbound Membership is a results-driven sales role responsible for contacting expired and expiring members with the primary objective of selling and converting them onto a new membership.

This is a high-volume outbound sales position focused on revenue generation, re-engagement, and achieving conversion targets. The role requires confidence, resilience, strong objection-handling skills, and the ability to close sales over the phone.

Key Qualities

• Previous experience in sales or call centre environments preferred
• Confident and comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
• Target-driven and motivated by results
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Professional and persuasive phone manner
  
  

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to members whose memberships are due to expire
• Contact recently expired members to re-engage and convert them onto a new membership
• Present current membership offers clearly and confidently
• Identify member needs and position the most suitable membership option
• Overcome objections and negotiate within company guidelines
• Close sales and process membership renewals accurately
• Accurately document all call outcomes in the system
• Complete scheduled follow-ups to maximise conversion opportunities
• Escalate complex issues to management where required
• Provide weekly performance and feedback summaries to management
