Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in telesales, outbound sales, customer service, or call center environments
• Excellent verbal English communication skills
• Ability to build rapport and trust quickly over the phone
• Strong objection-handling and sales-closing skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Experience using CRM systems
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  
  

• Experience in property, rental, housing, or finance-related sales
• Background in lead generation and outbound prospecting
• Experience supporting customers in New Zealand or Australian markets
  
  

• Contact and follow up on all new customer applications promptly
• Qualify and engage inbound leads from Meta (Facebook and Instagram)
• Build trust and rapport with potential customers
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable cabin solutions
• Guide customers through the complete sales process: Enquiry → Approval → Quote → Sign-Up
• Handle objections professionally and confidently close sales
• Conduct consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion opportunities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records
• Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Delivery, and Accounts
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout every interaction
