Outbound Sales Development Representative SDR

Overview

We are looking for resilient, empathetic communicators to provide compassionate outreach to individuals navigating sensitive financial situations. As the first point of contact, you will engage potential clients, qualify their interest, and connect them with specialized resources through warm transfers.

Schedule:

Alternating Weekly Schedule (EST):

• Week 1: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM; Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (40 hours total)
• Week 2: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM (32 hours total)
• All shifts include a 30-minute unpaid break.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Outreach: Follow up on direct mailers using our integrated dialer.
• Lead Qualification: Use provided scripts to engage prospects, handle basic objections, and maintain a friendly demeanor.
• Warm Transfers: Successfully connect 5–20 qualified leads to sales representatives per shift.
• CRM Management: Accurately update our custom-built CRM system.
• Professionalism: Manage potentially emotional or negative responses with empathy and a "thick skin."

Requirements

• Communication: Excellent English skills with a warm, comfortable phone presence.
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and navigate sensitive topics professionally.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency to operate CRM and dialer systems.
• Active Listening: Strong ability to gauge client moods and adapt the conversation accordingly.

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
