🚨 Were Hiring: Outbound Sales Development Lead


If your campaigns have never produced booked calls and closed revenue, stop reading. This role requires a proven outbound operator with results you can show on day one.

We are an eCommerce digital agency working exclusively with Shopify and WooCommerce brands. We deliver website builds and revamps, platform migrations, and eCommerce SEO for inventory-based businesses. High-ticket services. Serious clients. Zero tolerance for slow execution.


What This Role Is


You will own client acquisition at Alphamax. That means building the pipeline, running the outreach, handling replies, qualifying prospects, and booking calls. Every week. At scale. This is not a strategy role. This is not a management role. You are the person executing.


Your Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain targeted lead lists: right business, right decision-maker, right fit
  • Launch and manage outbound campaigns across cold email and LinkedIn
  • Write, test, and improve sequences based on actual results
  • Manage replies, handle objections, qualify leads, and book calls
  • Track and report weekly: booked calls, held calls, pipeline generated


Performance Expectations


  • Thousands of quality-verified leads sourced per week minimum
  • 15k emails sent per month across active campaigns
  • Personalized manual emails per day per offer
  • Daily LinkedIn follow-up cadences running in parallel


Volume without quality is not acceptable. Every lead must be the right business, the right decision-maker, and the right fit for our services.


Non-Negotiable Standards


You must protect deliverability at all times. You must follow outreach compliance rules for all target markets including the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. This means clear sender identification, proper unsubscribe handling, and zero shortcuts that damage domain reputation.


If you do not know what sender rotation, warm-up sequences, or inbox placement rates mean, do not apply.


Who This Is For


  • 3 to 5 years minimum in outbound B2B sales development or lead generation
  • Direct experience working with or selling to marketing agencies, web design agencies, or B2B service businesses
  • Proven results you can show: booked calls, held calls, deals closed or directly influenced
  • Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, and eCommerce as a space
  • High-ticket service experience and confidence qualifying decision-makers
  • Fluent professional English, written and spoken
  • Hands-on experience with Instantly.ai, LinkedIn outreach, and a CRM (GoHighLevel strongly preferred)


Who This Is NOT For


  • You are early in your sales career and still developing your outbound fundamentals
  • You have never personally owned a campaign from list to closed call
  • You need a playbook handed to you before you can move
  • You measure your output in activity rather than outcomes
  • You have the title but not the numbers to back it up

Compensation


Base: $450/month during the 90-day probation period.


Commission: uncapped, paid per closed deal.


Performance review: candidates who demonstrate clear results within the first 30 days are eligible for early commission adjustment ahead of the formal 90-day review. After probation, base salary and commission are formally scaled based on what you actually produced.


This is a performance-leveraged structure. If you can generate pipeline and close revenue, the ceiling is yours to set.
