Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Outbound Commercial Sales Representative to generate new business by offering pest protection plans and cleaning services to commercial clients. This role focuses on outbound B2B sales, relationship building, and closing deals with property managers and commercial establishments. Ideal candidates are confident communicators who thrive in a remote, performance-based environment.

Job Highlights

• Monthly Rate: Equivalent of USD 944.65/month in the applicants local currency
• Schedule: 40 hours per week | Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM MST (includes 1-hour unpaid break)
• Work Arrangement: Work from home

Responsibilities

• Contact commercial establishments to offer pest protection plans and cleaning services
• Reach out to property managers to present service offerings
• Generate new business through outbound sales activities
• Build relationships with potential commercial clients
• Present and explain pest protection plans and cleaning service packages
• Work towards conversion targets with bonus incentives

Requirements

• Strong outbound sales experience, in B2B commercial sales
• Excellent communication and phone presence
• Ability to overcome objections and close deals
• Experience with commercial client relationship building
• Self-motivated and results-driven
• Comfortable working in a remote environment

Side note:

Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional pay rate is based on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
