Job Description

ROLE: Order Management Specialist (experience in order management is required)


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Monitor and manage orders after they have been entered
  • Track pending, delayed, or incomplete orders
  • Update order statuses and notes within the ERP system
  • Coordinate internally to resolve order-related issues
  • Ensure documentation and system records are accurate and current


HARD REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior experience in order management or operations support
  • Familiarity with ERP or order tracking systems
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously


HOURS/WEEK:

  • 40 Hours/Week


SCHEDULE:

  • Monday-Friday 9:00AM-6:00PM Eastern Standard Time


OFFER:

  • Weeks 1–8: $4USD/hour
  • Weeks 8 onwards: $5USD/hour
