Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and self-sufficient Oracle FDI Reporting Developer to support reporting needs following the recent Oracle system go-live. This role focuses on building, maintaining, and optimizing reports using Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), with an emphasis on working independently and delivering insights from complex datasets.

The ideal candidate is someone who can work independently, quickly understand datasets, and deliver reporting solutions with minimal supervision. While reporting requirements are not highly complex, the role requires strong ownership, responsiveness, and the ability to handle ongoing ad hoc requests efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain reports using Oracle FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence)
• Work with multiple datasets (e.g., sales, cost, operational data) and link them effectively
• Create ad hoc reports to support business needs and decision-making
• Translate business requirements into functional reporting outputs
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across reports
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
• Provide regular progress updates on reporting tasks and requests
• Optimize reporting workflows to reduce dependency on manual intervention

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) or similar Oracle reporting tools
• Strong understanding of Oracle datasets and data structures
• Experience building reports similar to Excel pivot-based analysis, but within Oracle environments
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to connect multiple data sources
• Excellent communication skills, especially in providing updates on progress
• Experience handling ad hoc reporting requests in a fast-paced environment
