What You’ll Do:

• An experienced Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Functional Consultant - to join NRI’s Oracle practice.
• You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects which include consulting projects where you will provide advisory services to our customers on EPM Cloud roadmaps; and EPM business transformation projects where we design, build and implement the Oracle EPM Cloud solution and where we work with our customers to enable business value realisation.
• You will have opportunities to develop new skills, engage in Oracle Learning & Development (L&D) programs, and obtain Oracle certifications. Within NRI’s Oracle team, you can share your knowledge and contribute to the development of our capability.

What We’re Looking For:

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience delivering Oracle EPM Cloud implementation projects across various modules, with proven expertise in solution design, configuration, and deployment.
• Participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions based on defined business process requirements, working closely with functional leads and project teams.
• One or more Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications, including certification in Oracle EPM.
• Strong background in analysing and designing business processes and services across diverse industries, with a focus on driving performance improvement through effective system solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver practical and innovative Oracle EPM solutions that meet complex business requirements.
• Collaborative team player with experience working in agile environments and distributed delivery models, including both onshore and offshore teams.
