Operations Project Coordinator

Most coordinators support projects. We're looking for someone who has actually owned one — taken a business system from requirements to go-live and lived with the results.

What You'll Do

• Run software and business system implementations end to end — requirements, vendor coordination, testing, training, rollout

• Keep stakeholders, vendors, and timelines aligned when things slip

• Own documentation, training materials, and adoption after launch

• Work directly with a U.S. team on a full U.S. shift

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years in project coordination, operations, or business systems

• At least one implementation you personally ran from kickoff to go-live

• Clear written communication — you'll be the one sending the status updates leadership actually reads

• Comfortable working U.S. business hours from the Philippines
