Operations Manager

F5 Global Talent is building our Philippines operation, and we’re looking for the person who can help run it on the ground.

This is a hands-on operations role focused on hiring sharp local talent, onboarding them properly, and making sure our placed professionals perform well for U.S. clients.

You’ll work closely with our India team as a tight extension of the existing operation — not as a standalone country head.

Your two biggest priorities will be:

• Running strong first-round interviews so only client-ready candidates move forward

• Managing placed professionals day to day so clients stay happy well beyond the evaluation period

What you’ll do:

• Run initial screenings and first-round interviews before candidates reach the client

• Onboard new hires, issue offer letters, and manage monthly contractor payroll

• Set up every hire with a computer and reliable internet

• Manage placed professionals across attendance, performance, and engagement

• Coordinate closely with the India team and COO

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on recruiting, HR, or operations experience

• Ideally experience in BPO, outsourcing, remote staffing, or a similar environment

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Strong interviewing instincts and good judgment on client-readiness

• Comfort owning HR admin end to end: offers, onboarding, payroll, and equipment

• Based in the Philippines with a stable home-office setup

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Philippine contractor and labor practices

• Experience managing remote teams serving U.S. clients
