Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role is essential.
  • Strong understanding of operational procedures and management practices.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills with an attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiency with computer software, including MS Office and operations software.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
