Global Finance Teams is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Influencer Management Lead to join our team and drive the marketing efforts for ShownMedia. In this role, you will be responsible for leading operations and marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead and coordinate marketing operations including campaign planning, execution, and analysis
• Manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Oversee content development, digital marketing, and social media initiatives
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
• Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels
  
  

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or related roles
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and projects
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing
• Experience with marketing platforms and analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the media or technology industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience working in a marketing/creative agency (very fast pace)
• Experience in project management and coordination
• In general being organized. This role requires a lot of communication with A LOT of people/influencers so they need to know how to be organized to stay on top of everything
