Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) operations through rigorous data and compliance auditing. You will be responsible for identifying discrepancies in driver hours, schedules, and payroll data to ensure our delivery operations remain efficient and audit-ready.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed hours audits by reviewing time logs, driver apps (e.g., Amazon Flex), and payroll reports to verify accurate tracking of worked hours, overtime, breaks, and DOT compliance.
  • Perform scheduling audits — cross-check driver routes, shift assignments, daily manifests, and availability against actual performance to identify gaps, over/under-scheduling, or inefficiencies.
  • Track and flag inconsistencies or anomalies (e.g., mismatched clock-in/out times, unexplained variances in route completion, payroll discrepancies, or potential compliance issues).
  • Compile clear audit reports, summaries, and actionable insights for DSP management, highlighting trends, risks, or areas for correction.
  • Assist with maintaining organized records for Amazon audits, including preventive maintenance logs, training docs, and workforce compliance files.
  • Support related administrative tasks such as data entry into spreadsheets/tools, reconciling reports, monitoring key metrics (e.g., on-time performance, safety compliance), and preparing documentation as needed.
  • Collaborate remotely via email, Microsoft Teams, and shared drives to ensure timely communication and follow-up on findings.


Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset — must enjoy spotting errors, inconsistencies, and patterns in data.
  • Proven experience with audits, data verification, scheduling, time tracking, or compliance review (e.g., in logistics, transportation, HR/payroll, or fleet operations preferred).
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel — this is essential for auditing and reporting.
  • High level of organization, reliability, and ability to handle confidential data.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear reporting and follow-up.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.



Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an “Independent Contractor” arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional pay rate is based on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
