We’re hiring a Full-Time Operations & Admin Assistant for one of our clients in the luxury beauty and events space. This client runs a growing, team-based bridal and creative services business known for delivering polished experiences and high-quality work. They support a large roster of creatives and manage a high volume of client inquiries and bookings. As demand continues to grow, they’re looking for a dependable operations professional to help manage inboxes, scheduling, and day-to-day admin.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage high-volume inboxes (60–90+ emails weekly) with fast turnaround times

  • Coordinate client bookings, bridal trials, and schedules across multiple team members

  • Maintain CRM records, lead statuses, and internal trackers

  • Support logistics between clients and creatives, ensuring smooth handoffs and clear communication

  • Update Google Sheets and admin dashboards accurately

  • Follow established SOPs while proactively asking questions and flagging issues

  • Maintain professional, warm, and upbeat written communication at all times

  • Adapt tone based on client personality while keeping messaging polished and on-brand

  • Support internal coordination via messaging platforms

  • Assist with admin workflows and process improvements during peak seasons

Qualifications:

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Extremely detail-oriented with fast turnaround capability

  • Comfortable handling 60–90+ emails weekly

  • Able to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team

  • Professional, upbeat, and adaptable communication style

  • Quick learner who follows systems and SOPs closely

  • Organized, proactive, and reliable under pressure

  • Friendly but firm — able to adjust tone depending on client personality

  • Previous admin, operations, or coordination experience preferred

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–6:00 PM EST

Rate: $6 per hour
