Operations Agent (Non-Voice) — HR Tech Company


Location: Philippines / Metro Manila | Type: Full-Time | Start: May 2026

Were looking for someone who genuinely enjoys getting things right. Not just "good enough" right — actually right. If youre the kind of person who reads an SOP carefully, notices when something feels off, and speaks up before it becomes a problem, this role was written with you in mind.


What Youll Be Doing


Youll own the end-to-end process of building and configuring compliance forms for HR Tech customers — using the Onboarded platform and an AI tool called pdfJet. Requests come in through a ticketing system (Pylon), and your job is to process them accurately, keep the team in the loop, and deliver clean output every time.


Day-to-day, that looks like:

  • Building and configuring forms based on incoming customer requests via Pylon
  • Following SOPs for form building, QA, and delivery — zero-error is the standard
  • Supporting customers and internal compliance teams with documentation needs
  • Sending proactive updates and flagging blockers on Slack before they become delays
  • Picking up additional tasks like policy building, automation setup, and general configuration support as needed


What Were Looking For


  • You communicate clearly — whether its with a customer or a teammate on Slack
  • Youve worked with compliance-critical documents or data before, and you know what "precision is non-negotiable" actually means in practice
  • You can follow a complex SOP and still think for yourself when something doesnt add up
  • Youre comfortable picking up new tools without needing your hand held (youll be working with Onboarded, Claude, and Pylon)
  • You have a reliable setup: fast internet, quiet workspace, no interruptions


Bonus points if you have:


  • Experience in HR Tech, document processing, or US employment compliance
  • Background with low-code/no-code or form-building tools
  • Experience with ticketing systems like Pylon, Zendesk, or Intercom
  • A background in Solutions Delivery or customer-facing support


The Details


  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM MST
  • Work style: Back-office and chat-based — no calls required
  • Tools youll use: Pylon, Slack, Claude, pdfJet, Confluence/Jira, Google Workspace
