About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Customer Support Specialist with a strong background in call center operations and exposure to the US market. The ideal candidate will have experience managing customer interactions, streamlining processes, and delivering exceptional service to US-based clients. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with diverse teams across time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions with professionalism and efficiency, primarily serving US-based customers.
  • Manage operational processes within the call center environment to ensure smooth workflows and high service levels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, sales, and support) to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key performance metrics and prepare reports to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for operational efficiency.
  • Implement and optimize processes to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Provide feedback and insights based on US customer behavior and expectations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations or call center management, preferably with exposure to US clients.
  • Strong understanding of US customer expectations, cultural nuances, and business etiquette.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
  • Experience with CRM systems, ticketing tools, or call center software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred

  • Previous experience working for a US-based firm or handling US customers.
  • Knowledge of US labor laws and regulations related to call center operations.
