We’re looking for an outstanding Customer Support Operator to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in supporting our users and shaping the customer experience.
📍 This is a full-time role based in Philippines
🗓️ This is a night shift position. Hours are 16:00 - 00:00 (4pm - Midnight, Philippines Time).
About The Role
Customer Support Operations at nsave means that you’ll be on the front lines of our user experience. You’ll support our customers with empathy and clarity, identify friction points in our product and processes, and work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
