As a Real Estate Assistant, you’ll handle key administrative tasks, lead management, and marketing efforts, ensuring the business runs seamlessly.


Client Overview

Based in New York City, our client is a driven professional in a top-tier real estate market. The business focuses on high-volume listings and rapid lead conversion, requiring a support partner who can maintain high standards of accuracy and professional communication.


Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)


Responsibilities

  • Create compelling property listings on platforms like StreetEasy and the company’s internal systems.
  • Streamline the listing process by sending out agreements and essential real estate documents.
  • Implement an efficient lead management system, capturing and tracking inquiries specifically from Instagram.
  • Coordinate property photography sessions, order marketing materials, and assist with targeted building research and email marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize Claude AI to enhance productivity and content creation.
  • Support the agent with general administrative duties, including managing closing gift orders and everyday business needs.


Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of working experience with real estate agents is a must.
  • Experience with Claude AI or a strong willingness to leverage AI tools.
  • Knowledge of real estate prospecting for seller leads and developers.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with real estate CRM systems (comprehensive training on internal systems provided).
  • Familiarity with NYC-specific real estate processes (e.g., StreetEasy) is a significant advantage.
