NetSuite Accountant

Job Overview

Our client is looking for a NetSuite Accountant to support the back-end accounting work for two NetSuite clients. This role involves delivering high-quality accounting work, including accruals, quality control, common cost allocations, and month-end support. You will work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure client accounting moves quickly and accurately.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Support the back-end accounting work for two NetSuite clients
• Handle quality accounting work, including accruals, QC, common cost allocations, and related month-end support
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to keep client accounting moving quickly and accurately

Requirements

• Strong NetSuite Accountant experience and the ability to learn a client setup quickly
• Mid- to high-level accounting capability
• Strong English communication skills
• Extensive experience working with high-net-worth clients
• Self-starter with the ability to take charge to support multiple clients
• Availability to work U.S. hours with solid Eastern Time overlap

Scope

• Reports primarily to the lead and works collaboratively with the team
• Remote role; full-time is preferred for this level of technical work

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
