Role Overview

The Multimedia Design Intern will work directly with Pearl Talent’s recruitment and marketing teams to produce high-quality video and visual content that supports internal operations and branding initiatives. The role exists to improve communication, engagement, and efficiency across internal campaigns, social content, and team-facing resources. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.

• Contribute to marketing campaigns that improve engagement and visibility of our initiatives.
• Streamline multimedia content production, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and efficient management of media assets.
• Provide creative input that influences design quality and campaign effectiveness.

What You’ll Do:

Content Creation and Design :

• Edit short-form and long-form video content for campaigns, social media, and company documentation
• Create multimedia visual assets for social media (graphics, carousels, and videos) with a strong emphasis on video editing
• Assist in internal and external design needs, including decks, one-pagers, infographics, posters, with a focus on integrating video assets
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, providing video-centric ideas and help prioritize/iterate based on feedback
• Contribute to monthly co-working filming sessions, managing video content production and media asset coordination
• Help organize and manage the internal media asset library, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and version control, particularly for video content
• Handle ad-hoc design work for internal and external initiatives, focusing on video and multimedia content

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Required: Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing skills and visual storytelling, along with brand alignment and design execution
• Prior experience handling graphic design and video editing for an organization/company, with an emphasis on video content creation
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, and other video editing and design tools
• Familiarity with social content formats (video specs, posting guidelines, etc.), with a focus on video platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Understanding of core design concepts and best practices, particularly in video production
• Ability to manage multiple video projects and timelines simultaneously
• High attention to detail and comfort working with brand guidelines, especially in video formats
• Bonus: Photography, videography, and motion graphics skills, with a preference for candidates who can shoot and edit their own content
