In this role, you’ll develop and execute advanced SEO strategies, optimize websites for search visibility, manage social media channels, and run paid campaigns. This position combines technical expertise with creative thinking to improve rankings, traffic, engagement, and overall performance.

  • Monthly Rate: USD 935
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (Nebraska Time)
  • Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours
  • Work Arrangement: Remote / Independent Contractor
  • Side Note: Candidates must have their own computer and internet connection; responsible for handling benefits and taxes.


Client Overview

Work with a results-driven digital marketing team serving multiple clients. The team emphasizes cohesive branding, data-driven strategies, and staying ahead of evolving social media and SEO trends. You’ll collaborate with design, content, and SEO teams to ensure clients achieve maximum online visibility and engagement.


Responsibilities

Content Creation & Graphic Design

  • Design eye-catching graphics, GIFs, and short videos using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Adapt visual assets for multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.

Channel Management & Scheduling

  • Plan and publish daily posts, stories, and reels across all social channels.
  • Monitor account health and respond to comments, messages, and mentions within 24 hours.

Content Writing & Storytelling

  • Write compelling captions, blogs, and micro-copy aligned with brand voice.
  • Develop content calendars reflecting promotions, campaigns, and seasonal trends.

Meta Ads & Paid Social

  • Strategize, build, and optimize Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns (awareness, traffic, lead generation, remarketing).
  • Track metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and adjust targeting, creative, and budgets to maximize ROI.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use platform insights and Google Analytics to measure performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • A/B-test creatives, copy, and ad audiences to continuously improve engagement and conversion rates.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Collaborate with design, SEO, and content teams to maintain a cohesive brand presence.
  • Stay up to date on social trends, best practices, and emerging features; recommend new tactics.


Requirements

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva, or similar).
  • Knowledge of MailChimp and Constant Contact.
  • Strong writing skills with ability to craft persuasive, on-brand copy.
  • Proven track record running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad accounts, including campaign setup, optimization, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with social scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and basic SEO principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset; comfortable analyzing metrics and turning insights into actionable strategies.

Note: This is a permanent work-from-home position under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and internet connection and will handle their own benefits and taxes. Compensation is hourly, based on performance during the application process.
