Mortgage Processing Assistant

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm EST

Rate: Up to Php231 per hour approximately PHP40,106 per month (to be paid on the selected candidates local currency)

Position Overview:

As a Mortgage Processing Assistant, you will support the mortgage processing team and client support specialist team in reviewing loan applications, uploading/downloading files to various lenders and requesting disclosures be sent to the borrowers. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be vital in facilitating timely and accurate processing of mortgage applications. As a Loan Processor Assistant, you will play a vital role in facilitating the mortgage application process from the initial application, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input and maintain accurate data in the mortgage processing system.

• Review loan files for completeness and compliance with company and guidelines.

• Ensure Loan files are complete for audit purposes

• Prepare loan documentation for processing and post-closing

• Maintain organized files and records – electronically.

• Provide general administrative support to the mortgage processing team as needed.

• Experience with ARIVE LOS preferred.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Proven experience as a mortgage loan processor or similar role in the financial industry.

• Excellent analytical skills.

• Strong understanding of mortgage lending practices, regulations, and documentation requirements.

• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to Rapid Task in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic industry.

Requirements

• Prior mortgage related experience.
• Loan processing a plus
